This EULA binds the named user, throughout known as "End User," to the follwing terms and conditions.

End User may not use SWINetScan for any proprietary reason other than discover software on your own network.  SWINetScan may not be repackaged, redistributed or otherwise used to profit from directly without the written consent of Software Wholesale Intl.

SWINetScan is protected by international copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use of SWINetScan may violate these laws.

SWI is not obligated to provide support, although SWI may choose to offer assistance installing or configuring SWINetScan.

SWI may not be held responsible in any way from errors or problems resulting from installation or configuration of SWINetScan.  End User takes full responsibilty for any errors, either perceived to be or actually a result of SWINetScan's use or installation.
