Late Payments on Net Terms Accounts
Customers may request Net Terms accounts. If granted Net Terms on any order customer agrees to pay late fees of 18% APR. Interest will be assessed on the 1st day after invoice is due of 1.5%. Each month thereafter an additional 1.5% will be assessed. Late payments will be invoiced separately. If original order is paid in full, but late payment is not, then late payment invoice will be assessed interest at 18% APR.
Customer Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, orders can only be cancelled prior to an order being fully processed. Orders can only be cancelled with approval from a customer service representative. If you have a cancellation request, please call our customer service center on (303)774-9187. For cancelled orders that are phoned in prior to the product(s) being shipped, a complete refund will be issued. Refused shipments will be returned to you if you have not confirmed your cancellation with our customer service center.

Return Scenarios:
- If you are not completely satisfied with a product you have ordered, you may return it within 30 days of the order date. You must first obtain an RMA: See “Return Merchandise Authorization”. The amount of the in-store credit or refund given will be the price you paid for the item less shipping charges.
- If you ordered the wrong product, return it to us within 30 days of the order date. You must first obtain an RMA: See “Return Merchandise Authorization”. The amount of the in-store credit or refund given will be the price you paid for the item less shipping charges. (We will not reimburse for express, expedited or other such shipping charges when shipping the item back. You will not be reimbursed for any duties or taxes.)
- If a product appears to be defective in workmanship or materials, please contact us with the problem. We may be able to solve it or guide you in the correct usage of the product. If the product is truly defective, we will replace it or give you a full refund if you return it with an RMA: See “Return Merchandise Authorization” within 30 days of the order date. (We will not reimburse for express, expedited or other such shipping charges when shipping the item back. You will not be reimbursed for any duties or taxes.)
- If you are shipped the wrong item, return it within 30 days of the order date. You must first obtain an RMA: See “Return Merchandise Authorization”. The amount of the in-store credit or refund given will be the price you paid for the item less shipping charges. (We will not reimburse for express, expedited or other such shipping charges when shipping the item back. You will not be reimbursed for any duties or taxes.)
- If a product you receive isn’t what you ordered; please return the product to us within 30 days of the order date. You must first obtain an RMA: See “Return Merchandise Authorization”. Upon Software-Intl.com’s receipt of the misshipped product, we will ship the correct item.
- If we make a mistake, please return the product to us within 30 days of the order date. You must first obtain an RMA: See “Return Merchandise Authorization”. The amount of the in-store credit or refund given will be the price you paid for the item and shipping, the return label is free, all cost is on us.
Order Exchange

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, give us the details of your return by calling Customer Service at (303)774-9187. You will be given an RMA number, which must appear on the label of the box you ship back. The item must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the order date.
Return Shipping
You must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Software-Intl.com. This number should be clearly written on the label of the box you ship back. See “Return Merchandise Authorization.”
The return should be sent freight prepaid by ground service to Software-Intl.com, 2313 Watersong Circle Longmont, CO. 80504. The item must be shipped back within 30 days of the ship date. It must be in new condition with all accessories, packing materials, disks, key codes, cards, manuals and any other materials included.
Credits/Refunds
A credit or refund will be given as follows:
MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover customers will receive credit on their bank credit card accounts. Customers who paid by advance payment or wire transfer will be mailed a refund check.
Merchandise returned without an RMA number or not returned within 30 days of the ship date will not be credited or refunded. For a full credit or refund, an item must be returned in new* condition with all accessories, packing materials, disks, registration key codes, cards, manuals and other materials included. If unauthorized items are returned to us, no credit or refund will be given. Only products purchased directly from Software-Intl.com will be authorized for return.
For a product you were not satisfied with, the amount of credit or refund given will be the price you paid for the item. (We will not reimburse you for any shipping charges, duties or taxes.)
For a mis-shipped or defective product, the amount of credit or refund given will be the price you paid for the item, less ground service shipping charges to return the product. (We will not reimburse for express, expedited or other such shipping charges when shipping the product back. You will not be reimbursed for any duties or taxes.)
* “New condition” refers to items that are unopened, and must be received by Software-Intl.com in the same condition in which they were shipped. Any returned items that are not considered to be in “new condition” will be subject to a service fee of $5.00 or 5% of the item price; whichever is greater.
Condition Exclusions
- Registered Products: Software-Intl.com is unable to authorize returns for products that have already been registered by the customer. The registration procedure binds the customer to that product, invalidates the item for resale, and therefore cannot be processed by our Returns Department.
- Non-Resale Condition : Any items that are returned in a condition that cannot be resold, such as deformed boxes, missing instruction booklets, damaged disks, etc. Invalidates our 100% money back guarantee policy. These items will be either sent back to the customer or charged restocking fees of up to 25% of the purchase price. Please ensure that any returned items meet resale requirements.
- Tampered Products: Software-Intl.com will not accept returns on any Intuit TurboTax or Borland Jbuilder, Microsoft Money Office or Windows XP products, Intuit Quickbooks or Autodesk AutoCad products on which the seal has been broken or tampered with.
- Time Sensitive Products: Software-Intl.com will not accept returns or exchanges for older version software once the manufacturer has released a newer version. Many manufacturers offer free upgrade programs and we will help you work with manufacturers to receive such upgrades. Subscription products, such as the Microsoft MSDN Subscriptions are non-returnable to SWI. Any cancellation of subscription products must be handled directly through Microsoft or the subscription provider.
General Terms and Conditions
The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any purchase order to SWI indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supercede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by SWI. SWI reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
All products (unless noted on our site) are sold with the full manufacturer’s warranty. Anytime after the first 30 days of invoice, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the manufacturer. For extended warranty information, please contact manufacturer. Many problems can be resolved with the assistance of technical expertise from the manufacturer. Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.
All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.

Non-Profit and Volume Discounts
Non-Profit and Volume discounts are determined on a case-by-case basis. Our web site does not calculate non-profit and volume discounts automatically. If you have an application where you will be purchasing multiple copies of the same item, please call us at (303)774-9187 and one of our customer service representatives will assist you in determining the amount of your discount.
Order Acceptance Policy
Receiving an order confirmation via electronic means is not a steadfast offer to sell. SWI must reserve the right to cancel or limit the order quantity on any (1) item, without prior notification. All orders over the amount of $2500 must obtain an approval from the Accounting/Credit/Fraud department in order to protect the interests of all of our customers. This approval may require additional verification which may result in the delay of the shipment of your order until such verification is made. SWI reserves the right to refuse to do business with any individual or business, without prior notification. Also, Software-Intl.com reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at anytime after an order is placed.
