Microsoft's Open Value for Government program allows qualifying government organizations to purchase software licenses with 3 years Software Assurance(SA) at a discount over conventional Microsoft Government licensing. The cost of the licensing and SA may be split into even payments over 3 years. The even payments over 3 years allows for budget predictability and better licensing management.
The Open Value for Government program also offers the ability to cover an entire organization's Microsoft software licensing under one easy agreement. There are additional discounts for "Platform" SKUs and "Company Wide" options.
