Arturo was born in Ecuador. He graduated from the college of Latino America with a Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing and a minor in Film. In 1996, Arturo traveled to The Galapagos Island and began making videos for the Galapagos National Park. He was able to get a sponsorship with Oakley Sunglasses, which gave him an opportunity to come to the United States to travel and rock climb. Arturo is a new member of SWI's team and has been working in sales for a long time, selling from Private Label for a chocolate company to Advertising Director for a magazine. Malcolm Robertson, MCP

Malcolm graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Communication. An avid fly-fisher from the age of 12, Malcolm has traveled the world seeking out new and more exotic species to catch with a fly. Like many at SWI Malcolm is a sports nut – his favorite sports being ice hockey and football. Malcolm holds an MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) in Delivery of Software Licensing for Microsoft. Malcolm has been with SWI since the early days and manages hundreds of companies' licensing. When he's not selling software licensing he's probably fly fishing, riding his bicycle, playing ice hockey, or playing with his dog Tali and fixing up his new house. Cricket is originally from Pennsylvania. She has attended York College in PA and is currently enrolled at Front Range Community College in Colorado. Her studies are focused in Business. Before joining SWI in mid 2005, Cricket had been in the restaurant industry for 15 years as an all around crew member.
